A benchmarked salary between £64,800 to £76,600 based on your level within our progression framework.

We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there. We're growing fast and so we're looking for our first Associate Client Services Director to join our team.
As an Associate Client Services Director you will be working closely with our Head of Client Services to
✏️ What you'll be doing:
- People Leadership: you'll lead our Account Directors, owning their personal and professional development, and help them thrive at work
- Learning & Development: you'll drive the department learning and development strategy in line with our department vision with key focus on Senior Account Manager and Account Manager performance and progression
- Department Commercials & Hiring: you'll support the Head of Client Services with the reporting of the department's commercial performance and forecasted talent needs. Helping us find the best social first talent when we need to hire (spoiler alert: we're growing, so this is pretty frequent!)
- Acting as Senior Client Services Lead on Accounts: leading client troubleshooting, contract renewals, strategic delivery or growth through the coaching of others.
- Department Culture: you'll work with our Head of Client Services to develop a department culture that ensures its team is thriving
- Department Strategy: you'll support in the planning and managing the delivery of our annual Client Services roadmap goals, ensuring we're making progress towards our department vision
👀 Who we're looking for:
- You've got 5+ years agency experience in client services roles and leading account teams
- You get social, you've helped to lead or deliver social-first output for brands (even better if that was globally)
- You've got hands-on experience in senior people leadership and love developing those around you, sharing your skills & wisdom
- You've got experience in commercial reporting either with a department lens or for an account you've worked on - basically, you know your way around a spreadsheet and understand how to review key commercial metrics
