Freelance / Contract Social Media Data & Insights Analyst - New York
Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office per week. We operate a Fix + Flex model, with Wednesdays and Thursdays as our two Fix Days, when everyone is in the office, and the third day is Flex for you - either Monday, Tuesday, or Friday.

What you'll be doing
Supporting social analytics delivery across key client accounts as needs arise
Contributing to reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful, and aligned to social KPIs
Delivering deep-dive analysis across social channels, identifying trends, patterns, and performance drivers
Turning platform data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Building, maintaining, and refining dashboards (e.g. Datorama, Tableau or similar) where required
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and best-practice reporting across all outputs
Working across platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and others
Collaborating with Strategy, Media, and Client teams to inform ongoing social activity
Supporting campaign reporting, audits, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in social media analytics, insights, or performance roles
Strong understanding of social platforms, metrics, and reporting frameworks
Hands-on experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (Datorama, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights
Familiarity with social listening or management tools (e.g. Sprinklr or similar)
Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and delivery
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
