We’re looking for experienced content creators who are confident shooting, editing, and delivering social-first content for brands. You're made for the Born Creator Community if:
You already create high-quality short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms
You understand what makes content feel native, watchable and culturally relevant
You have a strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing and storytelling
You can interpret a brief and bring your own creative instinct to it
You’re comfortable working within brand guidelines and taking creative direction
You communicate clearly, meet deadlines and can work professionally with agency teams
You’re interested in building longer-term relationships with brands, not just one-off posts
You don’t need a huge following. This is not influencer marketing. We care about your ability to make brilliant content, not the size of your audience.

Do I need a large social media following to join?
Not at all! We're interested in your content creation skills, not your follower count. If you can create brilliant, social-first content, we'd love to hear from you.
Is joining the Born Creator Community free?
Yes! There's no cost to apply or join the BCC. All collaboration opportunities are paid, with rates shared upfront so you can decide whether a brief is right for you.
Am I guaranteed work if I'm accepted?
Opportunities depend on client briefs and how well they match your skills, style and location. While we can't guarantee regular work, we'll reach out whenever we think you're a great fit.
Can I choose which briefs I work on?
Absolutely! You'll receive opportunities by email with details of the brand, deliverables, budget and deadlines. You're free to accept or decline, with no obligation to take on every brief.
Will I need to post content on my own social channels?
No! The BCC isn't an influencer programme. All content is created and delivered for our brands to use across their own social channels, not for posting on your personal accounts.
How does the collaboration process work?
Once selected for a brief, you'll manage everything through our BCC platform, from reviewing the brief and chatting with our team to uploading your content and receiving feedback. All in one place!
When and how will I get paid?
Once your content has been approved, invoices and payments are raised and processed automatically through our platform. Payments are made twice a month, directly to your nominated bank account.
Who owns the content I create?
You retain ownership of your content, while granting Born Social and its clients the rights to use, edit and publish it across their marketing channels.
