What you'll be doing

• Creator Sourcing & Vetting: Source and vet creators for brand partnerships, ensuring their performance, audience demographics, and personality align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.

• Creator Briefing & Campaign Support: Develop clear and inspiring briefs for creators, helping translate brand direction into content opportunities that feel authentic and effective on social.

• Creator Communications & Campaign Management: Manage communication with creators and talent agencies from the beginning of a partnership through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and relationships are nurtured throughout the process.

• Content Management & Scheduling: Work closely with internal teams to review creator content, manage feedback and edits, and ensure campaigns land at the right time for maximum impact.

• Campaign Reporting: Track creator performance, keep reporting tools up to date, and draw out learnings and insights to inform campaign reporting and future recommendations.

Who we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering creator-led campaigns and working with creators and their representatives, ideally from an agency environment.

• Strong understanding of the current creator landscape, social media trends, and how brands can show up effectively across platforms.

• Comfortable working with a wide range of people, from creators to internal teams, and able to handle fast-moving conversations with confidence and clarity.

• Able to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholders across creator campaigns in a fast-paced social environment.

• Passionate about brands, social media, and the way digital culture evolves — with a natural curiosity for what’s next.
